This course is extremely important to all gun owners and you are strongly encouraged to be trained in what is the justification of using "deadly force" and what the consequences are. The cost of the course is $150. The course will begin at 9 AM at the club house and will last a few hours. Meet at the rifle range at noon. These will not be competitive events but laid back and fun – just get as many pigeons as you can. There will be no score-keeping – everyone can keep track of how many times they hit the target if they want. Bring your own gun & shells. There will be a $4.00 charge per round of 25 targets. Weather permitting the Thursday night pistol shots will begin. Plan to arrive between 5-5:30. We run a cold range. Please arrive with your gun UNLOADED. Cost is $5 per shooter. With our state of the art steel targets there are stages set with a host of different targets; swingers, drop turners, poppers, Texas star, cardboard targets, hostage targets, knock down targets, and an attack target with a running man that covers 21 feet in 1.5 seconds.
