Download application and when printing application please print 2-sided. It makes it easier for filing purposes. Applications are dated when Russell (membership chair) receives them physically in hand. He is not responsible for emailed applications or applications handed in to others. Applications that are not completely filled out or do not have a sponsor will not be accepted.
